Jon Burgerman Inspiration

We have been researching into Jon Burgerman recently for our Narrative college project, however I have decided to look a bit deeper into his style of art as I really enjoy he's doodle/graffiti style as this really appeals to me as I like to draw these type of doodles already!
This is a Jon Burgerman design.

I had a go at drawing a Jon Burgerman style doodle based on my personal narrative theme which is the feeling of crowds and being crushed so I included lots of people with frantic faces to create a deep range of emotions which works well to enforce the seriousness of the situation so it was not lost by the cartoon style drawings. I also made my doodle quite packed with lots of things going on to give the effect that there is not much space and therefore developing on the feeling of being crushed. I think that the final outcome of my Jon Burgerman style doodle is very successful and I am pleased that people can look at it and immediately gain an understanding of what is happening even though it is not a real life drawing and is in a cartoon form.
 This is my final outcome.
