This is an example of a terrible website. Everything about this website is wrong for example the type, pixelated images, awful stock tiled background, flashing text, bright unattractive colours, borders on images, old retro style weather forecaster at the top which is also very pixelated. From a design perspective one of the main factors contributing towards this terrible website is the layout as it is all just in a list form and there is no titles or menus, therefore you are just lost and dont know where to look.
This second website is also an awful design. Red is a colour that grabs your attention and is used by alot of companies but they have taken it to another level, the majority of the website is using red backgrounds. its is all very crammed in together so it gives the website a hard readability factor. Also with all the rough pictures around the edge with price offers on, it just gives the website a very cheap and tacky feel.
This is my final example of a bad website design. compared to the other two examples i have given of bad websites above this website design actually looks quite good, however although it is not completely shocking at first sight it is just a very boring design to look at. there is nothing grabbing your attention and it is just simple and dull. Personally like simplicity when it comes to designing however this is boring.
